This exceptional Duwancho Lot is a coffee that tells a story of care and craftsmanship. Sourced from the vibrant Duwancho village and processed with precision at Gatta farm, this lot begins with handpicked, perfectly ripe 74158 varietal cherries. After floating to remove any imperfections, the cherries are meticulously dried on African raised beds over three to four weeks, a process that enhances and preserves their unique flavours.
The result is a lively and dynamic cup, bursting with vibrant notes of lemongrass and intense grapefruit.
